Hi, my names Amanda, im 25 weeks pregnant after a 20 week loss in may last year, i also have a 3 year old son. This pregnancy has been emotionally very hard and sadly i am not enjoying it , even though baby is doing fine and i feel quite well. I have an anterior placenta and this baby feels very different to the my 2 other pregnancies, it has no regular pattern of movement at all from one day to the next, its been very quiet today and its just making me feel a bit stressed , its also quite low down , so i think maybe placenta is cushioning lots of movements. Just wondered what kind of movements others are feeling at 25 weeks with an anterior placenta or around that stage. Thankyou.Amanda

Sorry I can't actually help you with your question as I have never got that far on in pregnancy (yet), but didn't want to read and run. Just want to wish you all the best with your pregnancy and I hope you have a happy & healthy remaining 15 weeks.

So sorry about your sad previous loss :hugs: :hugs:

:hugs: wish I could say something more. I hope all is fine. When is your next scan? I do know some women do feel weird about the nex preg after having a sec tri loss... I am so sorry for your loss and I wish you the best.

Oh darling:hugs::hugs::hugs::hugs::hugs::hugs::hugs::hugs::hugs::hugs::hugs::hugs::hugs::hugs::hugs::hugs::hugs::hugs::hugs:

I am no good at answering your questions as my MCs were earlier but it is defo likely the placenta is cushioning the movements as you say. And you are mega alert after your awful loss so will likely be analyzing everything:hugs::hugs::hugs::hugs:

Thankyou everyone for your replys, baby has been VERY active today, so im feeling happier :0)

A can of ice cold coke always makes them go crazy with movements if you worry again x

Why don't you get a doppler to ease your worries? So sorry for your loss x x x
