HCG Ovirdel Trigger after natural LH surge?

Has anyone been told to trigger anyway (clomid TI cycle) even if they are already surging? I found a couple of things online but I'm feeling unsure about it. I have two follicles, wondering if the trigger would increase the chances of them both ovulating...
