Head Cold - BLAH!!!

So Merry Christmas - I got a horrible head Cold. Called the doctor today and she said Saline solution nasal spray was all could use... That would be great if I could actually breath it in! Arg! No Drugs sucks! I really want niquil and to sleep for 15 hours!!! Anyone have some PG safe soothers?

All I managed when I had a cold last week was hot lemon tea, it helped the stuffiness and my throat.

I recently write this on another "cold" post! Put honey on a cotton bud and wipe around the inside of both nostrils. Sounds gross I know, but I tried this out a couple of years ago and it really cleared my nose and let me breath properly at night. It was the first proper nights sleep that I got. Honey aint gonna hurt the LO, I do this all the time now whenever I get a cold and it always helps.
