Headaches coming thick and fast now :(

They're making me miserable.
Everytime i stand up or move alot my head pounds. I have maybe 1 in 4 days where i have absolutely no headache!
I know they're normal and not having any other symproms to point to anything worrying but i do think cutting down on my sugar intake will help!
So starting today no more sweeties!

Anyone else experiencing terrible headaches?

I suffered bad with them from 14 weeks they do ease up An disappear! X

I suffer with headaches in pregnancy too. It’s funny because I rarely have them when I’m not pregnant. I’m 20 weeks now and they have eased a bit in the last few weeks.

I find sitting still and closing my eyes for a bit helps but I know this is easier said than done when you have other children.

I was suffering from regular migraine headaches from about week 11 to week 15. They seem to mostly be gone now thankfully xx

I had pretty much exactly what you described from 14 weeks to maybe 21? This past week they have FINALLY gotten better. I have learned to treat them ASAP when I feel them start. Two Tylenol and a caffeinated drink.

They WILL get better.

BTW my blood pressure has been fine even with the headaches.
