Healthy meal ideas, please!

Does anyone have healthy meal suggestions? I have a almost 2 year old and 3 year old. Breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks ideas are needed! :lol:

I do not feed them anything with artificial food dye, and I try to stay away from sugary foods too. Any help is greatly appreciated!
 
Snack - banana and oat bars.

- mash a banana
- mix with 1/4 pint of oats
- I cover with about 1 tbsp milk to ensure its all mixed
- bake at 180 for 15 mins
- cut into bars

I mix with raisins, grated apple etc as well
 
Oh, that sounds good! They love bananas and oats, so I'll definitely have to make that! Thank you!
 
Breakfast - weetabix with fruit
Lunch - scrambled eggs on toast, jacket potato with filling such as cottage cheese
 
No problem! I've been looking all over for recipes to make him! So far my list includes;
Cheesy vegetable nuggets
Tuna and pea fishcakes
Various risotto
Arancini (leftover risotto in balls covered in breadcrumbs)
Generic fruit for snacks
Pancakes for breakfast
Macaroni cheese
Pasta in various guises

I'm going to do quiche, meatballs, chicken goujons, salmon this week
