Healthy start vouchers

Anyone on taxcredits or IS who recieves these? Has anyone had problems getting them ect?

7months later..... and NOTHING

6 forms sent off signed by HV. A million phone calls and they keep saying its taxcredits fault because they havnt updated them, I ring taxcredits and taxcredits say its the other way around

I cant believe i am still waiting 7months later.. Do they backdate?!!

They can backdate but you have to bitch a lot!

Dont worry i will be bitching alot! I can not believe they are seriously taking the piss with this!! Iv rang and rang a million times and they dont want to help at all!!! Im 100% entitled to them and should of had them since Tye was born!

Hiya hun, Yep i've just had this problem where each other was saying it was the others fault. Its actually the tax credits fault they need to update there system with the details & then they auto forward the details to the healthy start bit who then forward the vouchers. I missed out on 4 mths worth of vouchers & none were backdated even though they had evidence of my calls etc. All i'd done was moved home!
In the past i've had a cheque sent for 3wks worth of money from them when they made a mistake for something else though.
I'd be ringing the tax credits people & tell them you are really struggling to buy powder milk without the vouchers so need them ASAP.

Im on the phone to them now and they are telling me taxcredits updated their info on march 18th but they never recived any forms from me so thats why i havnt been sent any vouchers. Although i have letters here saying they have recieved all 5 forms i sent off this year but i am not entitled. Wtf! How can they say they didnt recieve the forms when i got letters from they saying they did?!

How do i complain about this?!

I havent got any either......have sent a letter to Healthy Start copying in Tax Credits and Jobcentre cos you still get them if you are income support so whats the problem? Im gonna moan and moan and moan and moan til i get 6 months worth backdated!!

I had a right go at them on the phone after they told me i hadnt sent off any forms when i know i have, i have proof letters here from them even saying they recieved them! and told them i would photocopy them and send them off with my complaint letter when she put me on hold, came back and said they were sending me out vouchers asap and backdating what is ow'ed to me!!!
