Heard heartbeat for the first time - so magical

On monday i went for my midwife appointment, with my mum. And the woman got me on the table - wasnt sure what was about to happen! Then she used a piece of equipment so we could hear the babies heartbeat - Was so amazing!!

My OH sulked like mad when i told him and got all jealous that my mum heard it and he didnt!

I want to hear it again but im not seeing her till the end of june - which is crazy - its ages away!

I heard mine for the first time yesterday. I was in heaven! I actually ended up recording mine on my cell phone, so I keep playing it over and over and over! lol

Got the idea from a fellow BnB'er! DH wasn't able to make it to the appointment so I posted a thread asking about dopplers and explained why and someone suggested it to me. I thought the Dr. would think I was crazy but she was totally cool with it! Mine was beating in the 140's.... SO COOL!

i loved hearing my babies heart beat the first time i almost cried it was the most beautiful thing i could of heard. i cant wait tell monday to hear it again

I heard mine with my OH, it was incredible. Except, you'd think the doctor would realize that that's a special moment for parents to be. Nope. She didn't shut up. Like I remember a damn word she said during that time!
