Hi Ladies!
I have a question that I seem to find some often conflicting responses in google searches. During conception (I ovulated yesterday according to my OPK) is it OK to do hot yoga (40c temps) and/or have a bath that's even a teeny bit on the hot side?
I would hate to ruin our chances of conceiving just because I had a bath... and I would feel a bit less guilty about skipping my hot yoga classes if I had a decent excuse
Maybe I'm just being paranoid but I did read some things that said both are to be avoided during the first trimester. I am erring on the side of caution and had a luke warm bath (yuck) last night to help ease some achy muscles after a weekend of outdoor winter activities but it would be nice to know if it's actually OK to have a good hot soak in the tub or continue with my hot yoga practice - plus they're both such a great way to take the mind off the TWW!!
Thanks, ladies!!
