lol i had to get mine from my mums, she bought it me for my birthday a couple of years ago, but it was really for my niece and nephew!! i've gone home from work cos its too hot and i'm that swollen. when you say you're 15, do you mean age or weeks??

hey, sorry to hear that you're struggling with the heat, i know how awful it can be.
Last year (when i was expecting) i got through the summer with a selection of fans, plenty of iced water, cool baths and showers (if you can stand them) and as mentioned above, a paddling pool with water, just to dip feet in works like a miracle!

I also had really achey feet, even if i'd only been on them for 5 minutes, and i found that any peppermint lotions (i used The Body Shop Peppermint Cooling Foot Lotion - you can get it in small bottles too, not as cruel to your purse!) are a great relief as they're really cooling (hence the name. heh heh), and smell absolutely lush too!

Hope this helps. My thoughts are with you, and hoping for a cool breeze your way! :)

I've been at my OH's all weekend, and I didn't leave the house once. I was sweltering in his bedroom,so I darn't think how bad I would have been if I went out. I've just been drinking lots of diluted pop with loads of ice-cubes in. And boy does it refresh me! I can't stand it when it's 'too' warm. But I hope you cool of soon.

I'm not too bad today, Its abit breezy near my window, :)

i no the feelin hun i hate the heat anyway and bein nearly 26 weeks pregnant really doesnt help, i have a fan that i just sit in front of and sleep with on and that seems to help

the heats just terrible atm, its so sticky aswell, i'd say get yourself a fan! twins! my god, i would not be coping right now, i find it hard with just the one but its my own fault, im too scared to open my bedroom window at night because spiders might come in!! =( and i can't find a fan anywheree.
