Heavy bleeding severe cramping af early?

Tell me if this sounds crazy but AF came two days early and had severe cramping and really heavy bleeding then I thought it had stopped yesterday but I'm getting a weird low pain on and off in the right side uterus not ovaries... Is there any reason I could be pregnant and that wasn't af? I've bled in almost every pregnancy sometimes heavy.

Should I test? I hate to have any hope for nothing again....
