Hello Im new and i been TTC for over a 5 years

Hello My Name is Nicole and i been TTC over 5 years
Im 29 years old
and i never used andy BC when i realize that i couldnt get pregnant
using my fertile i started to worry decided to go to my doctor
he did test on me it showed my tubes are fine
my period was irregular it wouldnt come at the same time and take month
so then he got me on Clomid from #50 to #150
what he would say if no succeed add anoher #50 to the same
i didnt like that idea plus i felt that it wasnt enough even put me on metomorphin like if i had Pcos

So i started with a new doc a fertility specialiast
and he did all my exams and i explained to him all the test there where done even that he gave medicine for pcos
so he started me on clomid #100 and i took a progestorne test on day 21
and i didnt ovulate so Following month he put me on #150 and another test so YES i Ovualted and i started charting so i can see my ovulation so So far i had 2 Ovulated Cycles on #150
i baby danced on the fertile days and NOThing
i went back in he said lets try IUI
thats also expensive like $1000 and is not 100% gurantee

My main problem was i had irregular cycles i wasnt ovulating and now i am and still no Positive my husband already has a daugher so his more calmed
im sitting here with all my friends with babies or pregnant im having to deal with this in silence now my sister in law said ups i got pregnant without planning is so depressing and seeing month and month pass by and is all you can think of coming to work and having to smile and acted like nothing is happening is so hard cause i just rather be home
the 2ww you get so happy and at the same time when your temping your crossing your fingers temp remain high.

i dont really know what esle to do
is hard to talk to someone about it i'll you get is have hope it would be ok
and those are the same ones that already have kids

Welcome, I feel where your coming from ive done 3 rounds of 50mg 3 rounds of 100mg and 2 of 150mg, you need to stay positive, these things take time and yes it's not fair other women get preg so fast but we need to stay strong and positive. Maybe your husband needs to get tested also just because he has a daughter that could of been a one time thing, weigh out all your options. you should be BD every 2 days after period not just day you O.

Hello and welcome! You are definitely among friends here. I suggest jumping on other threads and start posting. I find that supporting others is very cathartic.

I am so sorry for your struggles. Has your partner had a semen analysis? I know it can be frustrating to talk to people who already have kids. One friend told me I should stop taking all my vitamins because that could be messing me up. I thought "you're kidding me, right???" This is a great site to find support from those who are in similar situations.

helps my day go easier i finally have someone to understand me

Last month on day 15 i went in to the doctor like he told me
he wanted to see my cm if it was something wrong with it that the sperm couldnt swim propertly well he got a sample i had to have sex and then go see him SO doctor said my husband sperm that he saw were dead sperms that maybe the good ones where already up there
and my hudsband like i have gotten other womens pregnant and how can that be so Im really going to get his sperm analizes


i started on my period yesterday but today my temperture still HIgh

I'll stay with this doc since his been helping me more then other docts if in 6 month doesnt work then i'll go to another doc i read about his more expensive my family said stay with the one your with since he got you to ovulate

This month i will do clomid #150 day 5 to 9 wait to see what happens keep temping get his results to see and if nothing back to se my doctor with the sperm results.
