Help about PCOS please

Hi everyone. A friend of mine has recently been diagnosed with this but dosent
know much about it so thought I would do som research for her. Tried googling it but it all seems so complicated. I believe it has something to do with insulin levels in her body, she is also overweight and the doc says this is against her. I just wanted to hear any of yr stories about suffering from this, getting pregnant whilst having it etc. What are the treatments avail ? Thanks xx
