help! femoral nerve still being pinched...

I had an issue in my left thigh muscle since the 6th week of my pregnancy. the DR said that it was my femoral nerve being pinched inside the muscle because of the extra weight I was putting on, and they usually see it in heavier people... well here I am, almost 4 weeks post-partum, 28 lbs lighter, and my leg is STILL tingling, burning, itching, etc. when will this sensation be over? has anyone else had trouble with their femoral nerve during & after their pregnancy?

oh, I've been taking Ibuprofen and using a heating pad, but it only brings temporary relief
