Help figuring out where I am in cycle, please?

I'm so lost right now. My cycles have always, always been regular, almost to the minute.

I understand everyone has the odd cycle, but I'm so confused how to count it now.

My last "real" cycle started January 28th. I ended up being eight days late...took a million tests, all negative. Late spotting for three days, then nothing.

Started bleeding today very lightly. Spotting again or cycle? I don't know. But which date do I count from? If I go with regular cycle of January 28th, I'm about four days late. If I go with the spotting date, I'm about three days early.

Any help would be greatly, greatly appreciated.

Hi there. I'm sorry, I don't really know. You may want to start temping in the future to give you an idea of what might be happening. It's possible last cycle was anovulatory? You wouldn't be able to confirm unless you were temping though. Hope you get some answers soon!

That's what I was kind of wondering. Thank you for the reply! Was planning on starting temping this next month. Hopefully it helps something!

These last couple days have been rough. Feel like I caught the flu or hit by a truck. Maybe that's messing with the cycle too.

Could be! If your body is stressed I've heard it can delay things. Hopefully AF comes soon so you can start temping. Just have to keep waiting it out. If nothing shows though, maybe consider going to your doctor to do a blood test for pregnancy? Or just getting some answers for peace of mind.

Hey crayons. I think I am in the same boat.. my last af was 27th Jan and I've just spotting since then... all tests negative and had no symptoms of af of pregnancy it was so confusing. I am getting symptoms now so fx I get something! At this time I will be happy if af came. I need to regulate my body again! Feel free to stalk my chart.
