Help!! Hauck Condor Travel system, can't open pushchair

Hello,
Well my travel system arrived in the post today and i've been trying and trying to open the pushchair as per instructions but have failed miserably. The picture looks like you have to tug a leaver at the top until it clicks into place (mine doesnt seem to click) and then push your foot down on a ledge whilst pulling up at the handles. Does this makes sense?

It wont open at all and i'm trying to figure out if i'm dull or if it's broken?

oh, it's ok now, after hours of frustration and looking, I found a really old post on here from last year. Finally managed to get it open!! I'm so stressed now lol

It's actually extremely easy to work, but i completely mis-interpreted the instructions. Everything clicks into place easily, i'm really pleased with it! x

Im stuck between that and another, does it fold down quite small? x

Yes it does fold down quite small. I only have a little Kia Picanto car, so need to make sure it would get in the boot x

Is it any good? we got a hauck stroller for tyler and after a week or so it was horrific to use, hobbled, squeaky, wheels starting loosening, all sorts. Want to stay away from hauck if I can help it but if this one is any good might have to consider it.XX

well it seems good, but all we've gone it wheel it around the house etc. I guess we won't really know until we start using with LO. x

lol, tell me about it!

It was terrible, I was adamant I was following the instructions correctly, I got so annoyed I got the hammer out and started wacking one of the leavers thinking it must be jammed lol.

Thank god I didnt break it. It was soo easy to open in the end x

Hello, I just recieved one of these prams this morning and I am having the same trouble! What did you do in the end to open it? I have been tugging and tugging on the front, pulling the handles and pushing the foot pedal, I have given up for the time being! Please help.

I found a video on you tube, I now feel so silly its sooooo so easy! Glad I wasn't the only one misinterpreting the instructions.

Hauck is cheap, nasty & falls apart way too easily!! lol
Basically my mum owned a baby shop of her own for 13 years and throughout that time we became very close with the reps & owners of many companies!! So many of the hauck buggies were brought back to her needing repairs or just full replacement as they had faults....so she stopped stocking them!!

Hauck......is not our favourite, i wouldnt go near it with a barge pole!!! Not trying to upset anyone here but it really is worth looking for something better!!

I am very lucky actually as i managed to get a lush phil & teds as we are still close to the owners & reps there!! But please be careful with Hauck!!!

im an old hand at puschairs i never look at the damn instructions on them its like rocket science! they make it sound so complicated its easier to work it out yourself x

I had this problem too. The instructions are terrible. I went on to Youtube and watched a video from Kiddiecare and figured it out from that. It's lovely and works well once you figure it out! Cant wait to take it for a spin!

were did you all buy your pushchairs from the hauck ones ? i can find hardly any stockists also on average how much have you payed thanks in advance ladies
