help! implantation bleeding

Hello, I am not positive this is the right place to ask this, but I need a few questions answered from a few mommies to be who might have experienced this. I ovulated on the 8th, and started spotting on the 16th, and am not supposed to start my period until the 22nd. At first the bleeding was extremely light pink, only when I wiped the whole first day and then sort of disappeared. It came back the following day, the 17th and was only when I wiped and was more of a brighter red, still only spotting. I was wondering if I was just starting early, but I am now nauseous and been having headaches and cramping in my lower back. The blood went away until after having sex yesterday and has carried over to today the 19th and came back a little heavier, brighter red. Has anyone experienced this. This is not my normal period. I am never a week early to start and this is extremely light. I don't even need a tampon. Early start or IB???
