what have ur DHs tried to get up there count that acually worked.

Hi, i'd like to know the same to this question, we havent got exact results for my DH last SA, just spoke to dr over phone who said they werent very good, hes been taking since that SA

vit c - 1000mg
omega 3 - 1000mg
vit E- 400iu
Zinc - 25mg
L Carnitine - 500mg
Co enzyme Q10 - 120mg
selenium - 200mg
Vit B - 50mg of all B vits

And generally keeping healthy, doesnt smoke, never has baths anyway, wears boxers, doesnt use a laptop and cut down on alcohol, should be cut out completely but i let him have about 3 beers a week!! (hes not happy with this one!)
Were going to do another SA in a couple of weeks so i'll get both sets of numbers and keep u posted!!

I hope it helps too, im irregular too, no endo or pcos just dont appear to ovulate, last cycle was 50 days but have been known to have a 75 day cycle before! Ive got clomid in the cupboard to start, have had it for the last 2 cycles but haven't taken it yet as wanted to wait 3 months to make sure we were both healthy as poss and for the vits to have a chance to work, if the clomid doesnt work will be referred to specialist as have only seen GP so far.

well my hubby has low morph which is y we r goin dwn the icsi route
but his count improved slighly and his motilty wen up 10%
he takes
wellmab conception
vit c 100mg
zinc 25mg
selenium
and a multivit xx

but the zinc was added after the improvemnt x

My DH has been taking Conception XR for Motility Support from Theralogix. The RE recommended it...and we've finally seen an increase in his count and motility! He's been on it for 3 mos now, and our post-wash count was 6 million with 77% motility, compared to 1.9 million a few months ago. He's also been dieting and running to lose weight, switched to boxers, quit drinking almost completely, and no longer puts his cell phone between his legs while driving (he was in trouble for that one!). We seem to be moving in the right direction with his count.

andriansgirl how are you doing? have you decided on taking any vitamins yet? we still havent done the second SA yet but hasnt quite been 3 months and i still havent started my clomid, on day 37 at mo and no af but not feeling hopeful for a bfp! good luck xx
