After a nasty haemorrage at the birth of my now 10 day old baby, I am still not producing enough milk to satisfy her needs. The midwife recommended breast at every feed with formula top-up every other feed.
My breasts never feel "full" and I'm starting to get really upset about this as I so badly want to breastfeed.
Are there any foods/drink/methods I could use to try and stimulate milk production?
I'm so fed up and feel like an inadequate mum...
