Help me! I have no clue what's going on

I was on birth control for three months, then my fiancé and I decided we wanted to make a child. I stopped my pills before the third pack ended, and we immediately began the process. It's been a little over a month and I have taken two negative tests. However, I have not had a period. I've been having these symptoms: swollen and sore breasts, odd cravings, nausea, cramping in the pelvic area, constantly having to pee, constantly hungry, slight headaches and sudden imbalance... Today, however, I had slight bleeding, more of a light pink looking fluid, but barely any of it at all. I was wondering if the tests could have been false negatives, the first test I took was near the beginning of the process and the second one was a week ago. The last one I took, I swear I could see two lines but one was VERY faint. Any ideas/suggestions? Also, I am taking prenatal vitamins as a precaution and they are pink. Could they be the cause of the pink fluid?

this thread will be closed because you don't know if you're pregnant.

BUT. the advice I can give you is to go see a doctor if you're really not sure, and also make sure you take a test now with first morning urine.

I personally am not going to do it. But the moderators probably will. Im just warning you. sometimes it takes a while for them to get to it, so theres still a chance you could get some more advice.

If you didnt finish the whole pack of bc it will definitely throw your cycle off. I would just test once a week until your period gets here just to make sure. Your body is regulating itself now, just give it a little while to get back on track. You are probably not pregnant if your test are negative. But there is no telling when or if you will ovulate just test once a week until your period shows.
