HELP! Mothercare MY3/MY4 Owners!

Hiya ladies, im gona use dds pram for ds tomorrow and have washed everything but cant remember how to get it back to pram mode from pushchair.

I mean iv unclipped everythin so it goes flat but then its not rigid at the bottom, is that how its supposed to be? i cant see any other clips or anythin to make it stay completely flat?

any help would be perfect! x

Do you have the liner bit back in? I can't really remember as it's been so long but could look out the instructions for you if you want?

Thanks! Yeah iv put it in but it doesn't seem completely flat?!? Iv read instructions online but they don't seem to help me?! Seriously got baby brain!

There is also the drawcord style bit at the head that needs to be let down to make it totally flat.
Have you got it completely flat on the frame aswell?
And make sure the pram is in pram mode not carseat mode.
