help! my back is killing me

I'm literally in agony. I always try to feed in a comfy position if possible (ie back supported) but lately my back is in agony at the end of the day from feeding, lugging my 4 month old around, hanging out on the floor etc. I think its mainly due to the fact she is getting bigger. Any tips advice on easing back pain?

Do you use a pillow? I had to use a support pillow of some kind with DS or I'd lean at a terrible angle and get back pain. I used the My Breast Friend pillow.

The My Brest Friend pillow was a godsend for me. How big is your baby? Once they got a bit big for the MBF pillow I still propped them up on a Boppy or just a bed pillow, otherwise they were too low and I had to hunch to feed them.
