help need advice one scared momma

So I had spotting in my first trimester and it stopped. I am now 21 weeks and after diarrhea I had spotting again, it stopped but I am nervous. I have a fetal doppler and he had a strong heartbeat and I have felt him kick but still scared. Anyone else have this I can't stop worrying.

I had this happen a few days ago after diarrhea as well, but (TMI) the spotting was coming from the other end. Everything is so swollen with extra blood down there, that it's easy for a small vessel to pop and cause some bleeding.

Was the spotting out the back? Because that has happened to me and it never was out of the front. Did you make sure it was out of the back?

If it was, it is also possible you are just spotting a little from pushing it out. Lol sorry to be gross, but you could have irritated it a little bit or something.

If you are really worried you should probably see your doctor though.
