help needed about adhd

hi i'm looking for advice as i havebeen to my health vistitors and gottold to put him to bed earlier and that was it

i am really struggling with my little boy he will be 4 in a few weeks, hes so naughty its untrue.
he runs off all the time
doesnt listen to me
kicks punches all the time
never stops running round
jumping on sofa etc
wont sit and play
does sit at meal times slides of chair undertable etc
doesnt concentrate when speeking to him
cant interact with other kids just kicks punches them
playschool are struggling with him
screams and tantrums if doesnt get what he wants
he will watch cartoons bfrom start to finish but stands up sits down all the way through
and can tell very good made up stories etc very good imagination

think i've given the basic about him, i'm really starting to wonder if he has adhd

can anyone give any sort of advice please thanks x x x

I would have him evaluated by someone else. If he doesn't have ADHD he certainly has some behavioral things that could be helped with different therapies. Also have his ferritin levels checked. A lot of times low ferritin can cause behavioral problems and sleep problems. Hope this helps.
