Help needed on comfort milk

My LO has moved onto comfort milk to try and help the poo situation (lack of it basically making her grumpy). Since she has been on it no poo but also she gobbles down her bottle finishing all of it (4 oz) which didn't do before. Has anyone else got experience of this? do you give them more? she still looked hungry after her last feed but does go 3.5 hours between feeds.

Any thoughts welcome!

If she drains a bottle offer her more ...maybe a little cool boiled water to help with the lack of poo xx

Having screamed after her last bottle i was warming another one when she fell asleep! So she could have been grumpy from being tired!
