HELP!! PLEASE HELP US!! - Finding a Sperm Donor

Hi everyone, just popping over from WTT and as the title suggest was wanting some help on finding a sperm donor.
So for those of you have used a sperm donor, were they known or unknown??
And for those of you who used a sperm bank, do you know of one that ships overseas to australia OR even one that is located in australia??

Hi Lauren,

I am using a sperm donor and he is willing to be known. I was also able to view his adult and baby photos. As for shipping overseas, I don't know of any off hand, but you could google to find one i'm sure

so you went through a sperm bank?? its kinda exciting but nerve racking too.

Have you tried joining any groups such as the Yahoo group FreeSpermDonors?
On my first posting, I received many replies, and found my sperm donor! He's wonderful, well-known, with lots of references/recommendations, and has successfully sired over thirty children!
Now, I know not everyone will find their perfect match right away...but it's worth a shot!
There are LOTS of men who are very happy to meet in person OR ship, and want absolutely nothing in return except to hear good news from you.

Hi there, we used a donor from the European Sperm Bank; it's in Denmark but they shipped to the UK so might ship to Australia? There's a website & you can email them & ask.

thanksyou!! im well atm. had my first placement in a health centre and was soooo nervous. got to do blood pressure, which i was hopeless at. but also got to do abdominal palpation to feel the baby and use a doppler to hear the heartbeat on the women and that was amazing .
especially the palpation, coz you gotta find the head and the bum, and you can feel them moving about, through all the stress of this course, that has reassured me, just amazing.

I have been good. Was off for a week and now I am getting ready for another busy week. The semester ends in about 5 weeks so I cannot WAIT!

awww lucky we have 3 weeks then 2 weeks for easter off. then another 7 or so weeks after that til winter break, when we're going to uk to visit fam.
cannot beleive quickly this year is going!!!

it is going really fast! And I love it... but then I worry. It will go even faster when LO arrives and then I will want it to slow down. But 2012 cannot get here fast enough!
