Since August my period has come every 28 days. August is when my period returned from my 3 rd miscarriage. With each period the length of bleeding has been decreasing. normal bleeding prior to my loss lasted 4 days that includes spotting.
Well my period was suppose to come today but instead I started spotting on Tuesday, which took me by surprise. Wed it got a little heavier but not a steady flow. Now I'm wondering how do I know when my next period should come? Doesn't this change when I normally would have ovulated. I am careful as to when I have sex but this period has me a little confused. I don't use birth control which is why I am careful. Thanks
