Help Please! Spotting while Exclusivly breastfeeding 10 week old

So I posted in other forums but didn't get a reply.

My son was born 10 weeks ago, was a super easy delivery and no issues post partum, with all PP bleeding gone by day 9.

He feeds from both breasts every 1-2 hours during the day and 3-4 hours at night I also pump once a day 4oz to freeze.

About 3 weeks ago I started spotting just a small amount once or twice per day when I wiped for about 3 days with some mild cramps and a general churney feeling. Then it all stopped.

Last night before bed I was cramping again and Now today I have started spotting again... Is this prelude to period or could I be cycling again?

I have also noticed a decrease in milk supply around these times.

Does anyone have any ideas or advice we are confused and are FTP

It could be your cycles trying to return. Some women don't get them back until they wean... others get them back almost immediately, even with exclusively breastfeeding. Also, when mine came back with my son (at 5 1/2 months post partum), I noticed a drop in my supply every time AF showed up due to the hormone fluctuations. Mine started out as just light spotting as well.
