Help please!

I woke up at 4am this morning with terrible sickness and diarrhoea, to the point where I've only just moved from the bathroom floor. I'm pretty sure it's food poisoning from chicken from a takeaway I had last night!

Thing is, I'm struggling to muster up the energy to feed LO, and also, is it safe for me to feed LO? Or should I use some of my freezer stash? My stomach is in agony

Any advice would be appreciated thankyou

Poor you. My new LO is only a week old but with my DD I got the norovirus while feeding her and my DH had to take the day off, literally try to comfort her when I was in the bathroom then bring her to me in bed, she'd feed then he'd take her. Interestingly she's the only one in the family who didn't get it. I know it's different to food poisoning and I'm no expert in that but wouldn't have thought anything could pass through the milk to your LO. I feel for you though, hopefully it'll pass really quickly
