Hi everyone,

I took my last micro gynon pill on Saturday and I just wondered after my withdrawal bleed is that my first cycle or do I need to wait for my first 'real' period to start before taking note of my cycles?

I would take your withdrawal bleed as the first day. Some women will ovulate about 2 weeks after taking the last pill. Sometimes sooner, sometimes later. You can get pg in the first cycle but if you don't it is worth making a note of any changes to your body in the first few months to help spot when you ovulate and know the length of your cycles etc.
