My little girl is almost 5 months old.
She has 3 meals a day plus finger food for snacks.
She is on the 98th centile but has always been big.
No matter how much she eats and drinks she's still always hungry.

We've tried her on the 7+ jars (gluten free) and she loves them, loves that they aren't smooth.
Is it ok to give her them at her age?

She also eats a whole jar and sometimes with a pudding after - is this ok? I know she wants it as she cries if she doesn't get it. It worries me it's too much food but she Obvioualy needs it.

I blw my eldest so this is all new to me ..

I think the ages on the jars are there die to texture... I.e. 7mnths is lumpier than 6mnths but not as lumpy as 10mnths.

Seeing as your lo is already enjoying finger food I guess she'll be fine x

How much milk is she taking? Milk is still very important at this age (with alot still only on milk) so if she's not taking much then that may be why she's hungry for more?

Her milk varies from day to day, she has milk protein allergies and is not a big fan of it. Some days she gets 14ozs others 20ozs. But she'll just refuse it and cry until she gets food a lot of the time.
& because she needed the food earlier than the blw guidelines

I gues as long as she's not getting too much salt & sugar, and enough dairy to compensate for the low milk intake, she'll be fine x

All has calmed back down the past few days.
Must have been a growth spurtx
