Help....pregnant or period or...

No idea where to post so sorry!

Ds1 is 3 next month and ds2 is 7 months. He's before but just started bowl for 2 weeks I have felt pre-menstrual/pregnant?! I'm tired, weird warm crampy feeling in lower tummy, nausea, back ache, migraines.... Haven't had a period since ds2 (bled for one morning on the 7th). Taken a pg test and it's negative but am stressed as to what could be wrong. I suffer with health anxiety so am fearing something terrible.... Can anyone help?!

Sounds like your period making a come back. It can be a bit all over the place with hormones when it comes back and I don't know about others but it's been worse after my second. After my first my cycle regulated pretty much straight away, whereas this time it's playing up a bit.

I think AF is about to return for me too, andi keep feeling like i might be pregnant again so 8 take the occasional test, probably just AF brewing.

My guess is also AF trying to make a come-back. My LO is also 7 months, and am quite sure last week I had a cyst or ovulation or something...Yikes, not looking forward to the flow!!!
