Help Reading Semen Analysis

Hi! My husband is 4 weeks out from his vasectomy reversal, and his results came in last night! His numbers seem to be good, but his morphology, motility, pH, etc seem to be off. Yet when I do the calculations for TMC (total motility count), it seems "okay". He's not on any supplements as of yet, but he's willing to if it'll help improve numbers if needed. Anyone know how to read these and see if this is a good or crappy score overall?

Semen pH - 8.5
Semen Volume - 2.5 ml
Motility with Forward Progression - 9%
Motility without Progression - 2%
Sperm Count - 115 mil/ml
Immature Morphology - 2%
Abnormal Morphology - 96%
Normal Morphology - 2%

Other scores are written on the test, but I think these are the most important, no?

Not sure but the morphology is not good and the count is on the low side from what I have just read. Have they discussed the next steps with you ?

Unfortunately, no - they told us that he is considered fertile, and left it at that. I mean, I should trust them, but the numbers are a little disheartening to look at. :/
