help so confused bleeding - 38wks&3days

i had a sweep today and she said expect brown or pink staining

had that at half 4 but im heavey RED BLEEDING with thick clots through it?

what do i do what do i do ? is this normal ? i have pain also. was in slow labour but the contractions are worse and when they arent there its a constant sting in my vagina and ache. please help??

I would get in touch with the Maternity Assessment ward at your Hospital to get some advice xx

Hunni you need to ring the anti natal ward and get that checked out any red bleeding especially heavy needs to be seen to straight away, good luck keep us updated xxx

I would ring a MW if I was you. I sure it’s normal but it’s better to get their opinion. Do you have an out of hour’s number you could ring?
