Help! Teething tongue tied baby biting my nipple

Yep. He's five months bold, has a tongue tie that doctors didn't care about, has two bottom teeth coming in and he's nipping my nipple. It's not constant nipping, it's just making me really nervous! We go to a new pediatrician tomorrow and I'm considering what to ask in regards to the tongue tie. Anyone have this experience?

my son was TT (got the snip at 1 month old though) and started teething very young too - first tooth at 17 weeks he didn't bit my nipples but every time he had a tooth coming through he had a poor/shallow latch which was painful. no suggestions I'm afraid, only to say that it goes back to normal once they re-adjust
