I had some spotting the day before yesterday and a little bit again yesterday. I've also been cramping.
I assumed I'd come on as my periods can often start quite light. I'm meant to take clomid the 1st day of my cycle but the GP had said that the 2nd day should be okay too.
Anyway, I took the first dose of what would be my 2nd cycle of clomid last night. However I haven't had any more bleeding at all.

I'm so worried I've messed up and don't know whether to keep taking the clomid :( Please help!!

Sorry if I'm asking the obvious or u have posted somewhere else but have u tested? x

Tested last on Christmas day and got bfn, I was on CD66 on the first day of spotting.

I am a past and present clomid user. Maybe test again just to be doubly sure? I personally would do another test then ring Gp surgery tomorrow and ask to speak with the doctor. I take it days 2-6 but there are women on here who seem to take it days cd 4-8 and 5-9, so delaying the course another day would maybe mean u still could recommence it this cycle if it was a light period and the doctor ok's it? Or maybe I'm just been too cautious? Sorry not much help am I. I can appreciate your dilemma thou x

Just tested and got bfn and still no bleeding :(
Think I'll take the next dose just in case and phone the doctors in the morning. I'd rather continue with it and stop later if I need to then stop taking it and risk my chances this cycle.
Had to happen at the weekend! I considered calling NHS direct but worried that they don't have the specialist knowledge and may give the wrong advice!

Does the manufacturer of the drug have a hotline number?

I didn't think of that!
Been spotting/light bleeding though so I think it's just a light af or slow starting anyway.

i found clomid stopped my period once i started taking it, hope that helps

Yeah it seemed to do that on the last cycle, it's really reduced my period length. They were lasting up to 21 days before Clomid!
