Hi ladies,

Right I have been using Avent anti colic bottles for 9 days now and im getting fed up as finding the teets keep blocking so LO is sucking and nothing coming out! So been looking at changing to TT ones so:
Which one is best closer to nature or easiest ones? a
Are they anti colic?
Will she take to them straight away as different teet?
and can i still use my avent steriliser with them?
Thanks Ladies I'm new to all this?!?!?
Also what are these doc brown ones?

xx

Lots and lots of people like the Dr Browns. We've never used them but heard lots of good reviews! The TT are exactly the same as the advent ones. We use TT closer to nature and they have a little 'anti colic' vavle in them. Do the advent? You can normally squeeze this valve and it stops them from getting blocked. I do it each time I wash the bottles before sterisling. HTH! :)

We use dr browns and love them. Only got blocked once or twice in 9 months of using. i steralised them in my tommee tippee steraliser no probs.

i was using tommee tipee but recently changed to dr brown bottles..she got used to the teat straight away and her colic seems much better..dont know if your interested but im selling my tommee tippee bottles and steriliser?
only been used for a few weeks x

We use TT Close to Nature and baby gets on with them very well. I bought a few Dr Browns which we use in the evenings to help with wind but to be honest, we haven't seen much difference.

We tried the Nuby ones but she didn't seem to get on very well with those.

We use NUK bottles as apparently the milk flows easier... I had bought TT closer to nature ones but Leo didn't have a strong enough suck.

I used to use the normal avent bottles which made Jake have awful wind. (Colic!!)

We switched to the TT anti-colic bottles with the valves in. Sorted him out straight away. I sterilise them in my avent steriliser. It's just a bit of a balancing act when trying to get the bottles in as they dont fit in the holes!

Im hoping to switch Jake back to avent bottles when he's about 4 months old. Fingers crossed it works! I only have 2 TT bottles with the valves at the moment. So much sterilising to do!xxx
