Help! What to expect after sweep?

I had a sweep yesterday at 1pm, and had nothing after, just a bit of sore back.

I went to bed early because I was exhausted - woke up around midnight with bad period-like pain, but was able to fall back asleep after an hour. Didn't think much of it.. woke up at 4am to pee and noticed I had lost my plug with some bleeding. Then nothing else, no cramps, nothing..

At work now and having very bad cramps/pressure/rectal pain and pelvic pain.. coming and going.. but I think its just more braxton hicks.. they are very close together and not regular and don't last very long.. just really painful.

Doctor said baby was at -1 station yesterday.. so I wasn't thinking this sweep would be successful.. Is this all normal stuff or am I going to be going into labour soon??

sounds like the start of something to me hun
when i had my sweep I had a lot of cramping and some bleedign after it continued for 24 hours a bit like what you say then labour progressed from there
time your pains any how as it can be suprising you may think they arent regular when they actually may be you need to write down when the pain starts when it finishes and when the next pain starts its good to rite it down you wil need this info when it come round to ringing l&d

Good to know! I've been having a clear-out this morning as well and i have so much pressure it hurts to sit right now
