Help with my HCG injections.

I'm supposed to take my 1st HCG injection the day before ovulation/peak mucus which is always day 11. So, I took it day 11. However, ovulation has been delayed until day 14. My problem is I'm supposed to take small shots of HCG on ovulation +3 days, 5days, 7days and 9days. So, do I now count from day 14 ovulation or when I was supposed to ovulate?? Its quite confusing.

Yes I would count ovulation day as cd 14 . as most women ovulate 36 hours after the trigger.
