help with ultrasound

Ok I'm supposed to wait until Wednesday to go back by the doctor but I'm so worried... Here's my result from my pelvic ultrasound

The inhomogeneous anteverted uterus measures 5.0 (l) x 2.8 (ap) cm

Both ovaries demonstrate a polycystic appearance
Right ovary 4.0 (l) x 1.5(ap) x 2.6 cm volume of 9.0 cubic cm
Left ovary 3.1 x 1.6 x 2.3 volume 6.4


Anyone can help me out..what does this mean

Polycystic ovaries with a forward tilting uterus... I have the same thing

No a tilted uterus is no big deal. A lot of women have them

I have a tilted uterus. Sex can be kind of painful, depending on position, as a result. But I have gotten pregnant very, very easily in the past. I only have one tube now though, so things have gotten a little harder. My friends joke that all I have to do is think I want to get pregnant, and bam I am, so dont worry about a tilted uterus at all!

I have an anteverted uterus too. This is the most common uterus position and is 100% normal.
