Help with uploading pics

I have to use my iphone to post pics here, but I have an old iphone and the pics are bad quality. I have a 16 mega pixel camera (fujifilm) which has the majority of my pics on, but whenever I try and upload a picture from it, b&b says the file is too large. Has anyone come across this before, it's so annoying!

It is not a flash or fancy camera, just something you'd buy on the high street.

Does anyone know how to make the files smaller so I can upload?

You might want to try this. a 16mp image may well be too large for uploading to the forum

Thanks, although that still doesn't work for me, makes the pictures look really odd when resized. Nevermind!

I use Easy Thumbnail to resize my pics (it's free online if you google it).

I have it set to 400 by 400 (width and height) if that helps at all
