Help!

Leaving my partner or well I'm kicking him out! I have a 2 year old! But it's a council house and its in his name! Im disgusted by him he cheated yet again! What's the first thing I need to do? Like calls wise housing jsa etc?

Sorry you're going through this I'd call the council first hun if its in his name and you're not on the tenency they may not let you stay there and they may move you. I'm not 100% sure so would definitely check. Then I'd call whoever you get any benefits from and let them know you've had a change in circumstance.x

You should be a priority if you have a small child, so contact them about housing. Just be honest and say that your partner has cheated on you and you have to leave.
