Well if you think you are going to start then you want to know about your drugs - what type of protocol, how long will it last for and the types of drugs you will be taking - will you be on the pill? sniffing? injecting?
Ask about the scans and should you do HPTs before starting treatment.
Ask about possible side effects and what happens if you don't respond to down regging - if it's an NHS cycle you need to know what is classed as a 'free' go - i.e. as positive as you want to be, you need to know that if there are any problems and they cancel your cycle - will you get another go?
What plan do they have in place if you don't initially respond to the drugs?
Ask about EC - how long it'll take, what they'll do (sedation or GA) and what DH will be doing when you are having EC. How long should DH abstain for?
How long do they wait inbetween EC and ET and do they consider going to blasto's?
Do they do HPTs or bloods for when you get your sparkly

??
After ET what do they recommend - chill and put your feet up or go back to work?
This is all i can remember asking but i must admit, the clinic covered pretty much all of it to be honest! Good luck! xx
