Hey guys, i am having some problems like i havent had a period since march this year and i have tried practically everything i can... I am exercising alot more then i used to.... i have been to the docs and he cant even explain it... i have got rid of all the stress makers in my life and changed my eating habits but yet there is still no sign.. and i have done a PT every week and they all cam up negitive... Any suggestions:?::?::?:

How much more are you exercising? That *could* be the cause of it. Some athletes and/or women who get addicted to exercise don't have periods because of it.

I have missed a period, simply because of stress, exercise, or your cycle is now very long, especially when ttc, bcuz mine became a 45 day cycle because of lack of exercise and my weight, but you should go visit your doctor and get checked just to be on the safe side, since everyone is different, have you had your "fertility visit" ? Take some multi vitamims (prenatal ones) and get some rest, take care and keep us posted

Well to my shock they came this morning so i am excited now we can actually start trying... How can u tell how long the cycle goes for i sometimes bleed for a couple of days to a week and half.. I am so confused bout how the cycle actually works

Day one of your cycle is the first day of AF, so if it came this morning, you are now on CD1. The last day of your cycle is the day before AF returns, so you can't determine how long your cycle was until the next one starts. Some people are very regular and always have the same length cycle, and others vary from month to month. It's a good idea to start keeping track of your cycles so you can start to get an idea of how your body works. (I use a little calendar my doc gave me, where I also mark down heavy-light flow days and OV)

Congratulations on being able to start trying, I hope you get your BFP very soon!!!

Ok thanx heaps Hena for that i now have more understanding of wat it all means... This is the first pregnancy that is going to be planned my other 2 were a surprise so i didnt plan or work out my cycle.. But since we hoping to have a girl i thought i would look more into it and actually start with a calender begining with my cycle....
