She's 2 months old and only turned up once 
Maybe you should say something to him if he does actually turn up this time, tell him to kick his backside into gear. Sounds like he isn't really fussed about Scarlett if he hasn't even got the decesensy to ring or text to see how she is between the times you arrange to meet up

yeah id say something, but then againm might just be easier to see him once a month. does he pay money? x

Why do you have to say yes? Once a fornight is ridiculous & imo not worth bothering with, Speaking from experience being the daughter of a lazy arsehole who only saw us once a fortnight, I'll never forgive him it.
I would walk miles daily to see my boys never mind once a fortnight !
I stopped joshua seeing his dad for lots of reasons including the fact his dad never turned up & always upset him let him down etc , So i said no more & never regret it since x

No he doesnt pay... still waiting for that teddy he says he's got her but hasnt actually given her... because he hasnt got one i guess.
If he turns up i will mention it... if he doesnt i may just tell him to do one and change my number, he hasnt text back to arrange times or meeting place ect ect so im thinking he's not gunna bother... AGAIN!

If he hasn't text back to make arrangements then it doesn't sound like he's serious about seeing Scarlett.
It would be easier on you both if he wasn't making random contact without the intention of seeing her.
I found it hard when FOB would email me when he couldn't even ask about the baby. Why can't they just leave us to it if they're not interested.
