yep....FOB has recived the letter from my lawyer regarding LO's pics on his bebo profile and 2 weeks later he has ignored the warning and they're still there.

He's clearly thought i wonuld take any furthur even though he should know me better than that....

You, dear, get my salute. It takes a a lot of balls(figureatively. ) to stand up to someone who is ignoring/baiting you. I find myself very proud of you that you are making the effort to protect your baby at any cost -- Ellis has a damn good mommy.

Make him pay, he has no right to be doing anything without your permission. Especially considering the things people will do with baby pictures over the internet. >.<
