Im new here :blush:

After having my baby in March this year and coming back to work I now realise that I do have some weight to lose.

Non of my clothes fit and maternity clothes is a no-no.

So I have started eating healthy and drinking lots of water.

No exercise, as its winter in South Africa. :nope:

Hoping to meet wonderful friends so we can motivate and support each other on our weight loss journeys :flower:

Good luck. Start as you mean to go on and im sure you will reach your goal.
 
Winter is no excuse not to exercise. Do exercises in your house. Check out YouTube for free workout videos. I recommend looking up HIIT or blogilates.
 
hey blessebaby, i also had my son in March and i am also from South Africa, i have been big all my life, i want to lose weight, but i dont know where to start.. i am a stay at home mom..i am seeing a dietician on Saturday in pretoria, as for exercises i am doing zumba,taebo is too much for now...lets lose weight together,...My name is Nancy
