High bloods from liver test

Has anyone else ever had this?
Iv been having stomach pains most of my life and was always told I had ibs so after my third baby in august the pains started really bad then Eased as they always used to and now it's pain off only certain foods and not everytime I eat. I asked for a test off the doctor to be sure it's not allergies and definitely is ibs.

Anyway the doc called me today and said my liver test was high but not high enough to need a scan and just retest in a month. Now I'm really scared as I had a bad feeling it was my liver and iv always been paranoid about since my cousin told me 5 yes ago she had a dream I had liver cancer.

I'm scared to death something major is going to be wrong and that this test is just the start of it.
Any support or other stories would be very much appreciated. Thanks xx

Abnormal liver results can be caused by gallstones.

A common cause of high liver results I being over weight.
I'm not sure if u are or not.
But if it is this, then it can be reversed.
There are lots of causes of it,
Most of them more common and better than cancer.

I have higher than norm liver function tests from being overweight too.
They did a scan and blood tests to confirm that was the cause
Now they monitor my bloods while I lose weight.
They hve come down as my weight goes doen
