C has just started on nutrini high calorie formula, up to now he has mostly had breast milk although has occasionally has 'normal' formula from 6 months. Since the new milk has been introduced his motions have been quite loose and he has had some mucus and fresh blood in it. Has anyone else experienced this with their LO? I presume it is related to the change in composition of his milk. He is well otherwise, eating well and well hydrated.
