His teeth are taking forever!!

Rocco was at the doctor at 10 weeks and she said he was in the early staging of teething. Ok he's almost 10 MONTHS now and still no teeth!! He chews all the time and used to drool a ton but has slowed down on that. His gums are bumpy and there is a little white spot , but it's not tooth, it's like his gums are blanched. His last appointment at the beginning of February she said they were RIGHT under the surface. NOT! The waiting is driving me crazy!! The doctor also said she gives them until 15 months and THEN if they still don't have any, she x-rays them to make sure they're there to begin with!
I hope he gets them before then!
Anyone elses LO late teeth bloomers??
