I am atm thinking the name Mollymaia (molly-may-ah) for my little one. It's the closest we could get to my SO's mother's name, without it being quite so....entirely hard to figure out what it says (Maeluese) and he didn't want it dead on her name, just kind of similar. His mother died when he was a baby so it's important to him. Is it a weird name? Do you think it'll be horrible for her in school?!?
and I am beyond stressed trying to think of a middle name. lol

I think it's cute! But I'm probably biased since I'm naming my LO Molly. Have you considered hyphenating the name like Molly-Maia? I think that's cute too. I also really like the middle name Elise with it. Very girly!

I would definitely seperate the name though either with a space or hyphen...

What about Molly Mae Elise / Molly-Mae Elise -- that way part of your OH's mom's name is used?
